Hi Peter
After making a couple of posts on your forum and seeing clips from the Step By Step program in your replies, I decided to go ahead and treat myself to a Christmas present!! Watched the grip and stance videos last night. The level of detail is awesome!! Just watched the 7 (yes, seven!) videos on the impact zone. I thought I was reasonably clued up on CGS until I saw this - boy did I have some misconceptions! The questions I posted on the forum have already been answered and I'm thrilled by the clarity of explanation. This'll make the wet Welsh winter a lot more fun (apart from beating Australia at rugby union of course!). Have a great Christmas! John |
